What are the future challenges for your supply chain?
The expectations of sportspeople are changing, and we have to anticipate them. Our supply chain must be flexible, agile and responsible. To this end, we have several projects focusing on the reliability of our forecasts, the distribution of our stock, and the development of omnichannel. All this while continuing to reduce our carbon footprint. In particular, we are focusing on the following levers:
- The integration of artificial intelligence, in particular on the demand side
- Distribution in our supply network
- S&OP
- Traceability
