The 2019 summer school of the chair was organized in Lausanne within the IML (International Institute for the Management of Logistics and supply chain° and EPFL (School Polytechnique of Lausanne) under the theme of innovation, with a general approach and application to the supply chain.
Theoretical insights have been developed by Professors D. Foray and Ch. Tucci from EPFL; the professor B. Calisti from EM Lyon and the research director Q. Ladetto from « Technology Foresight » at Armasuisse.
Demonstrations were carried by the following 4 start-ups of EPFL :
- ProcSim (Simulation)
- Ponera (Smart Palette)
- TWIICE (Exoskeleton)
- AELER (Smart Container)
A workshop brought together all the participants as part of a prospective project devoted to sustainability and organized with students of the school of Ponts ParisTech
