As part of the chair’s work, a prospective approach was initiated and developed in september 2019, aimed at anticipate the evolutions to come in our society in order to prepare decisive decisions of the present.
This prospective approach was carried out in groups (students, teachers, industrialists and consultants) around the sustainable supply chain by 2050.
This type of prospective approach aims to anticipate possible developments in order to identify the different possible trajectories within a given time frame, and to suggest resilient strategies to these scenarios to the actors.
The prospective study was structured according to the following lines :
- What prospective scenarios for the world ?
- What possible strategies for the supply chain ?
- Which ones are suitable for each scenario ?
